We all need someone to build into us, we need someone to challenge us, ask us the right questions and help us solve problems we run into. We all need a coach in our lives and for many of us we have been called to be that for young leaders! If you are called to invest in young leaders and empower them to make a difference in their world for Christ than join us as we do this around the world.

Our Youth Force Students have three areas they are committed to:
- Connect – They want to connect people to Jesus and to the Youth Force Family.
- Community – They want to develop a community that learns together, grows together and goes together.
- Create – They want to help each other understand and create their unique path to make a difference in their world for Jesus.

- Teenage suicide is the SECOND leading cause of death for ages 10-24.
- Teenage drug overdose death rate climbed 19% from 2014 to 2015.
- Opioid overdose claims the lives of over 130 people EVERY DAY.
- Sex abuse affects 1 in 3 girls before the age of 18.
- Human trafficking is an estimated $150 billion industry worldwide affecting an estimated 40.3 million victims.
- Depression affects about 20% of adolescents by the time they become youth adults.
