Leading Well While Waiting

Let me ask you a question. Have you found yourself waiting in the last year? I know I have. And if anything, this last year has felt like one giant waiting game.
Life is full of waiting and I don't know what it is that you are currently waiting for, but you can be assured that God is working while you are waiting. Here are three practical ways to better lead yourself and others in a season of waiting. There are some great discussion/reflection questions at the end of this video to help you better process this topic.
