Join us for an 8 to 10-week internship, or a one or two-year residency program. Youth Force internship and residency programs are created to provide hands-on experience and leadership training. We believe young leaders are the hope of the local church and we are committed to giving them the training and leadership challenges that will help them make a difference in the world through the local church. We aim to do this by providing hands-on experience and leadership training.
.Our 8 to 10-week internship program is offered from Mid-May – Mid August. The internship is primarily focused on university students and will be offered in 2 locations (Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Chicago, IL). The focus of the internship is to work with the Youth Force team to strengthen the ministry around the world. Each location will have a practical, hands-on ministry side.
Each Intern will have weekly classes to learn about ministry and leadership skills. Along with classes, each intern will focus on a specialty area for 10 weeks (social media, music, arts, operations, writing, videography, marketing, business, and others).
Interns can raise funds through Youth Force to help cover the cost of participating in the summer internship, a $500 fee. Interns can also decide to raise more than $500 to cover any other personal expenses and fees.
If you are interested in being considered for our limited number of internship spots, please fill this form out and we will connect with you.
Our Residency Program is a one or two-year curriculum of learning, mentoring, and ministry experience.
